We take the protection of data very seriously and we strictly follow rules to ensure the compliance with GDPR. The data in all of our servers are encrypted with AES-256 encryption which is a high-standard encryption protocol. We follow strict rules to maintain the security of the uploaded data. Only a handful of members have access to them for the service improvement purposes and they also have to follow strict rules for that.

Specific to our Email Verifier: All the uploaded data stored securely on our server for a limited time. We never share any data with any third parties or we do not sell them either. The data can be checked to improve the service quality of email verification (to make sure the results are accurate). Only a handful member of our team has access to the data and they have to follow strict rules. By default currently the uploaded data are stored for 30 days. Uploaded files can also be deleted manually from our dashboard just by clicking a button. However, the statistical data will be there, which includes when the task was created, how many emails were verified, how many of them were successful and how many of them were unsuccessful, etc. No data can be recovered after they are deleted from the servers.

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Reoon Technology does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
